I thought it would be appropriate to include Snowflake and Frankie as angels. I think they look more like fairies, but I suppose that is what animal angels are more like :)
This will be the last entry in the ferrets' diary. They are finally home and sitting on the memorial shelf I made for all our pets that have passed away. I am glad that they are home now and I image that they are having fun now with Squeakers.
I want to thank everyone for their support. I hope everyone has a Happy Holiday this season :P

Hi, this is the Mommy and Daddy.We are really super worried about Frankie. He has been in almost a catatonic state today, except to move around to new sleeping spots. He won't drink water, even when it is brushed on his gums. The same for food. We bought him some yummy chicken dinner (at least the cats thought so), but he wouldn't even let us pry his jaws open a little to sneak some food in his mouth. We put it on his gums, but twenty minutes later, we checked to see if he licked it off. He hadn't even tried for a single drop. :(
Will you guys pray for our little Frankie Beans for us? We don't have much faith in God, but we do have a lot of faith in friendships and family.
If he is still this way when we take him to the vet tomorrow and there is nothing we can do, he may be joining Snowflake over the Rainbow Bridge.
Thank you for being there for us. Our family appreciates all of you.

Well, here we are! Mommy hasn't been very watchful with us since school started. At least she lets us out to play a lot. Nothing important has happened, but we wanted to say hi!

Snowflake: We had our very first bath today, yuck! It was all because of Frankie, too!
Frankie: Hey, I wasn't the only one with poopy on my head!
Snowflake: *rolls eyes* Whatever, I am perfect. Anyway, we had played in water before, but have never been soaped up! It was stinky like mint and hay. Blech! Plus, it dampened my beautiful fur!

Oh, boy! We are at our new place now. We get to play for a little bit each day. Daddy's going to build a small room where the w/d hookups are. We can't wait! He takes really good care of us.
Snowflake: Yeah, I have been trying to get into the 'rents bedroom, but Mommy always guards the door. However, I tenaciously try to get under the door. Mommy has gotten a rash and an eye infection from playing with us. She's severly allergic to us.
Frankie: Luckily, Daddy isn't though. Yesterday he put me in his underwear (while he was wearing them hee-hee) and parading me in front Mommy. He says, 'What do you get the boy who has everything?...Ferret diapers!' He's so silly!
Well, we gotta go. It's nap time!

We get the house to ourselves for four whole days! Wheeeeee! How fun is that?

Whee!! It's us again!
Snowflake: This week has been particularly exciting! I have made so many successful daring escapes from our room, that it has made the 'rents annoyed! I am an escape artist, what can I say?
Frankie: You like to eat hay? You are so weird, Snowflake! I liked playing too! I got to chase Snowflake and roll around and honk a lot! ....are you ignoring me, Snowflake?
Snowflake: Whatever, dude! Anyways, as I was saying, I got to explore a lot! It was fun! Plus, Mommy crumbled up a kitty treat and I would scoop as much as I could and take it behind the stove and eat it! Yummy! Unfortunately, one time I found a whole kitty treat and it got wedged in the roof of my mouth. Mommy had to force my jaw open and scrape it out with her finger. She said she was sorry and that she was afraid that she would break my jaw, but she was more afraid of me choking.
Frankie: Yeah, that was pretty scary! I'm glad you are okay!
Snowflake: Me, too!
Frankie: Now, it's my turn! Hooray! I had lots of fun playing, too. Especially, on the day that the landlord came. He doesn't know that we live with our 'rents, so we got to play until we were tired and then we got to go to our grandma P.'s house! Awesome! Not to mention that I got to terrorize the cats! Wheeeeee!
Snowflake: Well, we're going back to exploring. It's night and cool, so we are up and running! Have a good evening, everyone!

Hello, Snowflake here! These last few weeks have been awesome. We get to go and explore the house. Yay!
Last night I even escaped and explored the house without supervision! Unfortunately, I was caught because Suki and Paddy were chasing me around the house. They chased me in the bedroom where Mommy was sleeping (Daddy was in our room trying to find me, tee-hee!) So, Mommy woke up to see what the commotion was and smelled me! She was too tired to pick me up, so she called in Daddy and he caught me. Darn it! I was so free, too! I wouldn't have been caught if it wasn't for those darn cats!
They say that we can come out and play later. Yay! I hope that you all have had a great week.
